In the last two years, environmental protection requirements for enterprises have become increasingly high in China. The restrictions have been implemented everywhere. On the one hand, the company's environmental tax increases the production cost, which leads to the rise of PCB price. On the other hand, the development of smart technology promotes the demand growth of PCB. Many small and medium-sized enterprises have been eliminated or acquired due to tight supply. This paper discusses the deep reasons for the promotion of PCB industry from the aspects of restriction, price increase, elimination or merger.

PCB (printed circuit board) is the support of electronic components and electrical connection carrier, the global PCB industry output value accounted for more than a quarter of the total output value of electronic components industry, the scale of the industry reached 60 billion US dollars. Due to China's huge domestic market, and the advantages of lower labor costs and better  industrial supporting, the global PCB production capacity has been continually transferred to China from 2000. Since 2006, mainland China has surpassed Japan become the largest PCB manufacturer in the world. In the past ten years, electronic information industry has developed rapidly and the industry scale has been expanding in China. So China will become a natural place for the global PCB industry.
